All of our dishes are prepared fresh by our highly experienced chefs using only the finest of ingredients. Our approach to healthy eating demands that no artificial colours, stock or food additives are used in our dishes. Indeed most of our cooking is with olive oil and we grind a blend of fresh spices on a daily basis in our kitchen to ensure all of the flavours and captured when our dishes are cooked.
